Introducing New Dashboards

InQuira 8.0 Search Analytics includes three dashboards (monthly, weekly, and daily) that provide a high level view of system usage and overall system effectiveness. Each dashboard includes the Session Usage Report, the Escalation Report, the User Feedback Report, and the Response Usage Report.

New Session and Activity Analysis

InQuira Analytics measures the results of end-user sessions, providing the number of sessions and click-thru rates on answers or responses for a specified time period. Filter criteria such as customer segment, intent, product or concept, or activity, allow users to track and analyze sessions of specific interest.

Content Authoring Usage and Feedback Analysis

InQuira Analytics identifies the contributions of users who create knowledge content, the usage of the content created, and the feedback for the content created. This report, for example, identifies the authors who created the most useful content during a period of time.
