INQUIRA NAMES TERRY LECLAIR VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING Former Intuit Executive to Direct Company's Global Engineering Direction SAN BRUNO, Calif. — November 08, 2007 — InQuira Inc., a provider of integrated software applications for intelligent search, knowledge management, analytics and user experience, today announced the appointment of Terry LeClair to vice president of engineering. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, Mr. LeClair will play an integral role in further developing InQuira's award-winning software with responsibility for all engineering-related activities. Having recently managed Intuit's product development group for Quicken as well as an incubator for new initiatives, Mr. LeClair brings a valuable background of innovation to InQuira's engineering team. Mr. LeClair has extensive experience in the enterprise software industry, having worked on aspects of product engineering, architecture, engineering management/processes, product management and operations. As Intuit's vice president Product Development, he was responsible initially for the Quicken product and then for the Innovation/Internal Startups within the Quicken Organization, which also served as the principal internal incubator for the company. Mr. LeClair previously worked with SpinCircuit/Cadence/Reconsant, Cogit, Broadbase Information Systems, Fourth Shift, Consilium and Scicon in a product development or engineering capacity.
